I experienced a massive shift in my life a few years ago. I realized how my unconscious conditioning and fears were keeping me trapped in a job I didn’t love with no way out (or so I thought). I heard my higher self speak to me which was truly a powerful awakening experience that changed the course of my life. I knew it was time for me to break FREE and realign with my true purpose enabling me to reclaim my power and truly start to love myself.

Stepping into the unknown was one of the hardest and most enlightening lessons I have encountered which allowed me to learn more about myself than ever before. I became conscious of all my unconscious programming and that is when the true inner work started. I learned about the power of the mind, how everything is energy and vibration and how to align our minds and hearts (thinking and feeling) to attract new potentials in the unknow
